Turnaround Time
In order to deliver the quality you deserve in the time that you need, we must place some restrictions on document submission:
Editing, Critique and Formatting:

Average turnaround time for proofreading and editing larger documents is 80 pages (24,000 words) per week.

Pricing Details
Billing per Page:
If your document was typed on a word processing platform, one page will be billed as such. In any other text format, you will be charged the rate for 1 page for every 300 words.
Title Page:
You may choose to include a title page for editing at no additional charge, provided that the title page includes no more than 75 words.
Free Estimate
Paste a sample of your document (300 words maximum) into a plain text Email or send your Web page URI or project summary for a free estimate. (A sample edit is available upon request.)
Please include the following information:
- Your name and the name of your organisation, if applicable
- The total word count of your manuscript or Web page
- What service you need:
Return policy
In the unlikely event that any page of your corrected copy does not meet the order specifications, MetroText will refund the price paid for that page. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the style or phrasing, we can carry out minor corrections and changes free of charge. We may charge an additional fee for more substantial rewriting. Please note that this policy does not apply to custom writing projects. All custom writing refund requests will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
